Five days. Three tracks — beginner, intermediate, advanced — so you train at your level, every slot. Open level workshops layer in creativity, flow, and isolated skills: presses, mexicans, crocs. Working toward your first handstand, handstand-press or refining your one-arm handstand? This is the week.

A mix of teachers, different backgrounds and styles. Masterclasses in flexibility, physical preparation, and the technical work that builds a handstand. As the week moves, so do you.

Multiple nights of performance under the jungle canopy. Daily meditations; kundalini, dynamic + more. A Mayan Temazcal ceremony. Cabins steps from the training floor. Riviera Maya, at Ozen.
