5-Day Handstand & Acro Festival · Playa del Carmen
Some weeks change how you move.
Three training tracks — beginner, intermediate, advanced — every session built for your level. Never held a handstand before? You belong here. Already working one-arm? So do you. This is a handstand retreat in Mexico unlike anything else on the calendar — a full-production festival, not a workshop bolted onto a yoga holiday.
Different teachers. Different approaches. Masterclasses in flexibility, physical prep, and the technical detail that actually moves the needle. Open workshops in flow, creativity, and isolated skills fill the gaps.
Mornings start in the Buddha Hall — meditation, then movement, then work. Afternoons breathe out. Thai massage, restorative sessions, the pool. Some days push harder. A body looked after trains better.
Temazcal ceremony with local shamans. Performance nights under the jungle canopy. A 572m² pool threading through orchids and wild palms. Five days with nowhere else to be.
Riviera Maya, at Ozen.
Nothing to organise. Nowhere else to be.
Not every day runs exactly like this — some days push harder, some breathe out. This is the shape of it.
What you'll wake up to.
